This article will go through how to access your voicemail box if your using a phone system that Ziptech supply and us fully manged by Ziptech.
This article only applies to customers whom use Ziptech's fully managed phone system, if your phone system is provided by another third party then this article does not apply to you.

Below are the steps that can be taken to access system voicemail:
How to access an extensions own Voicemail box:
To Access your own Voicemail Box, press the message/voicemail key on your handset, Alternatively the access code *123 can be used.
Teams users can dial *123 from their dial pad under 'Calls' down the left hand side of your Teams client.
Alternatively, Voicemails can also be accessed through the online self care portal, the Desktop communicator and also the mobile communicator.
How to access another Extensions Voicemail box:
In order to access any system voice mailbox from any CallSwitch extension, dial *124, the user will then hit an attendant that will prompt for the extension number and then the PIN of the voicemail box.
**TIP: **Dialling *124 followed by extension number will take the user directly to the PIN stage of the voicemail attendant. e.g *1242001.
