What is ZipConnect?
ZipConnect is a Service Offered by Ziptech Services for Remote Working. ZipConnect allows for assigning machines to individual users that can then be remotely accessed from another device (work device, or non-work device).
Welcome Email & Intial Account Setup
ZipConnect uses your organizations Azure Active Directory to authenticate logins.
This means you can use your email address and password to sign-in.

What should I put for companyname in the URL for screenconnect?
usually the first part of the screenconnect URL will be the same as what your companies website is.
(Example for my compaines main site is acme.com so my screenconnect URL would be https://acme.screenconnect.com
