Logging a ticket.
In this article we will outline the few ways that you can log a ticket with Ziptech.
Phone:
The first way you can log a ticket with Ziptech is by calling the support team on: 020 3981 0860. Here you can speak with the Ziptech team and log a ticket with us. If there is an engineer available you may be passed straight to one of the support team.
The Red Zed:
As long as you are on a Ziptech supported computer you will the Red Zed in the bottom right hand corner (You may need to click the ^ in the bottom right) You should then see the Red Zed. Here you can click the Red Zed and click the "Log a support ticket" button. This will take you to our website where you can fill in the form and log a ticket with us. After you have entered the information and submitted it, your ticket will be logged in our system and assigned to an engineer.

You can also email the support team directly. You can email the support desk at: support@ziptechservices.co.uk Your email will be logged into our ticketing system and your ticket will be assigned to an engineer.
