This article will talk about the steps needed to disable Voicemail messages in Teams.
This is useful if your using Teams in conjuction with a PBX to make and recieve calls.
You cannot have both Teams voicemail and PBX voicemail active as issues arise from this.
- Open Teams and find the settings menu.
- Once in the settings menu go to the 'Calls' tab.
- Under the 'Calls' tab, change the 'If unanswered' option to 'Do nothing'.
