This article will go through how to access your own voicemail box, as well as how to access another voicemail box.

This will work for both handsets and Teams Dial Pad.
Tip:
Accessing Voicemail via the mailboxes extension number.
So long as you know the PIN (if the voicemail box has a PIN) then you can access and listen the voicemail messages from ANY handset or a Teams Dial Pad.
From Handset (Mailbox Extension):
Dial the extension of the voicemail box you’d like to access.
You may then be prompted for a voicemail PIN (if the extension has a PIN setup).
Example:
1001
1234
From Teams Dial Pad (Mailbox Extension):
Dial the extension of the voicemail box you’d like to access.
You may then be prompted for a voicemail PIN (if your extension has a PIN setup)
Example:
1001
1234
Accessing your own Voicemail
From Handset / Teams Dial Pad (using feature code):
Dial 8 followed by your own extension number.
You may then be prompted for a voicemail PIN (if your extension has a PIN setup)
Example:
81001
1235
From Handset (using physical button):
Locate the message (usually looks like an envelope) button on your physical handset.
You may then be prompted for a voicemail PIN (if your extension has a PIN setup)
