# Keyset does not exist (Error Code 80090016)

This article will cover how to resolve a common TPM issue which results in Office applications no longer allowing documents to be opened or saved.

          Before you start

          

If your company devices are enrolled and managed by Intune you will most likely need to contact support. Otherwise this fix can be 100% peformed by the user without admin priviliges.
