How do I access Barracuda Message Log?
- Once logged into the Barracuda portal (aka Message Log) use the 'Menu' option at the top left and select 'Settings'.
- Select 'Sender Policy' from the three tabs listed on the new page.
Adding an email address or domain to your Block list
To block a sender please folllow the below example:
* Type or paste the senders address into the sender column.
* Select 'block' from the policy dropdown column.
* Add a useful comment (optional)
* Select 'Add' to add the entry to your sender policy.

To allow a sender please folllow the below example:
* Type or paste the senders address into the sender column.
* Select 'exempt' from the policy dropdown column.
* Add a useful comment (optional)
* Select 'Add' to add the entry to your sender policy.
